The Search That Led Us to Cork

KorQoo is about more than just a product
When researching alternatives to traditional aluminium soap tins, we became increasingly aware of the environmental challenges associated with bauxite mining, the raw material used to produce aluminium.
Around the world, mining operations have been linked to deforestation, habitat loss, biodiversity declines and concerns over long-term waste management. While aluminium remains an important material in many industries, we believe consumers should have access to sustainable alternatives where practical and appropriate.
This belief inspired the development of the KorQoo Cork Soap Box and continues to shape our approach to sourcing products that help reduce environmental impact.
